Accounts Payable Clerk

Part-Time

We are looking for an Office Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Business Office Team. This position requires being honest and ethical. This candidate must be careful with details and thorough in completing tasks. The Accounts Payable Clerk will assist with maintaining general office functions and clerical duties.

Assist Finance Department in the following duties

  • File and retrieve corporate documents
  • Scan, enter, and attach bills QuickBooks as directed by the Controller
  • Verify accuracy of incoming bills
  • Pay incoming Bills
  • Complete all filing and other clerical duties as assigned.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ of bookkeeping experience is preferred.
  • QuickBooks Desktop knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of general office procedures required.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office required.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • High degree of professionalism and the ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills including verbal and written.

Pay range: $17-19 per hour
