What You’ll Do
As our Human Resource Generalist, you will play a central role in supporting our teams and leaders through a wide range of HR functions, including:
- Managing employment-related inquiries with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinating onboarding and new hire orientation programs
- Maintaining accurate employee records, certifications, and documentation
- Supporting benefits administration in partnership with Finance
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Facilitating training initiatives, evaluations, and employee engagement surveys
- Guiding resolution for employee concerns and offering thoughtful solutions
- Driving appreciation and recognition efforts to enhance team morale
- Supporting recruitment and hiring of both clinical and professional staff
- Generating reports to guide leadership in HR decision-making
- Traveling to all locations as you perform your duties
What You Bring
- A strong interest or background in Human Resources
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive issues with care
- A flexible, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with HR principles and a willingness to grow in the role
- Confidence in working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Human Resources experience and education a plus

Job Type: Full-time Monday -Friday
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
