What You’ll Do
As a key member of our medical team, you’ll:
- Prepare patients for surgery and assist in procedures
- Perform lab work, radiographs, and diagnostics
- Administer medications and vaccines
- Deliver top-tier inpatient and outpatient care
- Support veterinarians with professionalism and precision
- Handle patient restraint, nail trims, dental cleanings, and more
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam and treatment areas
- Manage client communications, discharges, and payment processing
- Ensure accurate and timely medical recordkeeping
What We’re Looking For
- Required: NYS Veterinary Technician License (active and in good standing)
- Preferred: 2–5 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in constant motion
- Comfort working with sick or injured animals
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficiency with veterinary software and Microsoft Office
